Metal Glass Sealing Heat Pipe Vacuum Tube
Working Principle
The metal sheet with selective coating in the vacuum glass pipe is taken as the heat absorption surface from the solar energy. The absorbed heated is transmitted to the working medium in the heat pipe via metal medium and completes heat exchange via the heat pipe.
Features:
70 Metal-Glass Vacuum Tube has 15% higher efficiency than ordinary heat pipe tube. With characteristic of 30 second heat output and 300 °C condenser stagnation temperature, it can provide more water of higher temperature and have wider applications. “Dry” connection design makes the system workable even though one tube breaks. Excellent insulation enables the collector suitable for any environment all over the world. Recommended installation angle: 15°~90°.
